Limited Capacity filling up

An example of a resistance training workout which can be completed (on average) in ten minutes per day four days per week. The workout helps to maintain functional fitness and may be adapted to an individual’s workout preferences. This workout is complimented by a cardio workout routine that is not a part of this demonstration.
