This morning we dedicated our time together to focus on Wellness - Personal Wellness, Professional Wellness, and Student Wellness. As with any new learning or experiences, to make learning “stick” it is essential to reflect. This final session of our Staff University today, we are asking all departments to a process for reflection, connection, and feedback.
